Our core ethos for The Space Creator is to show you practical ways to declutter and organise your home and life while working on your mindset to empower you and those around you. We practise what we preach, and part of that organisation involves clearly setting out how we will deliver our services to you from the outset. If you are planning to join The Club (“the Membership”), then you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing. 

Membership Terms: Key Details

The terms cannot be varied, and in proceeding to purchase the Membership, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the services offered by The Space Creator. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which The Space Creator (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides services to you as a purchaser of the membership. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract. 

Membership Outline

The Club is a membership platform for women who want to learn how to declutter their homes and organise their lives by learning to carve out time, change their mindset around their belongings, and feel better about themselves. The membership is an ongoing commitment where you can get regular support and guidance.

The aim of the membership is to provide you with the tools, understanding and support to declutter and organise your home and life by setting achievable and realistic goals month by month. The information is not tailored to any specific person but includes information tested and used across various women and families from different walks of life, with varying mental and physical health and wealth circumstances. It is also focused and designed for those starting out with decluttering and getting organised. The core part of the membership is the monthly live Q&A support session. So, whilst the additional resources may be helpful for those with a good level of knowledge around mindset, decluttering and organising, regular accountability and support will help everyone. Should you need specific or bespoke support, then please contact us to enquire about our one-to-one services.  

Membership Specifics

There are five elements to the membership:

  1. i) Monthly Goal Setting, Planning & Reviewing Challenge + A Bank of Other Challenges
  2. ii) Monthly LIVE Q&A Sessions
  3. iii) Weekly Motivational & Inspirational Emails and In-App Motivation & Responses from Amy
  4. iv) Downloadable Documents and in-portal Mini Trainings and Videos
  5. v) A Private Community Group with Mobile App

 All live sessions will be hosted by Amy, founder of The Space Creator and The Club. From time to time, The Club may host additional bonus masterclasses on specific topics, and on occasion, Amy may be joined by experts in those fields, who are specialists in different areas of wellness for women, for example, mindset, body image, home styling and so on. These sessions will not be an additional cost to members of The Club, but they may be open to the public for a fee. 


Live Question & Answer Sessions

Once a month, you will get the chance to ask questions about your decluttering, organising and clutter mindset and get tailored support in a hot-seat type scenario, where you can ask Amy live. All Q&As will be delivered via Zoom or community Live Room for 60 minutes and hosted by Amy. This will provide you with the opportunity to ask questions, discuss your circumstances and get support. Please bear in mind that your questions will be answered in real-time on Zoom or Live Room and therefore, the rest of the group will be privy to all information. 

The information and guidance delivered will be based on Amy’s experience and expertise as a professional organiser and declutter coach who has worked with over 150 clients in person to declutter and organise their homes efficiently and effectively and helped thousands of women worldwide through her extensive social media and blog content, with sensational feedback. On top of this, Amy has researched the human mindset over the last decade+, continuing to learn more every day about mental and physical health and wellness, particularly relating to women. Amy has years of experience with home styling, staging and preparing houses for sale and has Interior Design qualifications.     


In addition to the group goal setting, planning and reviewing session, and live Q&As, there will be materials provided for self-study. A ready-made library of checklists and mini-video training covers various aspects of home organisation, decluttering and mindset. New materials will be added ad hoc, including additional resources such as audio visualisations. For best results, you should work through any workbooks and audio or video material in your own time. This resource hub is a fantastic bonus and an opportunity to learn more and feel confident when it comes to getting organised. It is not essential that you use these resources if you feel you know what you’re doing in relation to decluttering and organising and you are using the membership predominantly for accountability and support. 

Private Community Group

You will have access to a private community to support you during the Membership. The intention of the group is to provide community support and a network of individuals at a similar stage of their decluttering, organising and mindset journey and who are facing similar challenges.

From time to time, Amy may post and offer support in the group, including running challenges and responding to member posts and questions, but there is no guarantee that posts will be responded to immediately.

Please be advised that whilst we hope that you will be able to utilise the group, we make no guarantees as to the availability of the group and/or the content within the group at any time.


It is requested that, at all times, your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other members. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove you from the membership with immediate effect.


The aim of the membership is to provide you with the tools, understanding and support to declutter and organise your home and life by setting achievable and realistic goals month by month. Your home, time and clutter situation is individual and personal to you, and whilst the strategies and techniques which we will provide are tested, it is not intended that you will attend a live session, watch a video or read a workbook and that you will instantly declutter and organise your home and life overnight. Decluttering is a process that involves a lot more than simply removing items from your home. A huge part of decluttering is your mindset and habits, which need time, effort and kindness to change and adjust, as well as knowledge. 

We make no guarantees or claims as to the success of any member. Each individual is unique, and their thoughts, circumstances, motivation and determination levels are unique. The aim is that by attending the twice-monthly sessions, working through the training and resources and taking advantage of all of the elements which the membership has to offer, you will have new information, strategies and techniques to create a clutter-free, organised home and life. 

All information provided will be general information and guidance and will not be bespoke advice. We are not responsible for any action or inaction which you take as a result of the information within the membership. We are not responsible for any loss of opportunity or any investments you make.

No content in this membership should be construed as medical advice, whether mental or physical. If you believe you require medical attention, you should seek assistance from a medical professional immediately.

We ask that all members of the membership respect the rights of others in respect of their behaviour and privacy. We will not be responsible for the actions of any members, including for any disclosures made by any members based on information which has been shared within the membership.

Contact and Schedule

It is the intention that the membership will run continuously and that any training material, live Q&As will be provided as set out above. Should an unforeseen reason arise which causes a session(s) to be postponed, they will be rearranged as soon as possible.

Throughout the membership, we will be available by email Tuesday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm via [email protected] and will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated.

If you have a technical query relating to accessing the membership, please include “Tech” in the subject line of your email correspondence.

You may see us post on social media outside of our core hours. Not all of these posts are live, many will be pre-scheduled. Amy may also appear on Instagram Stories outside of core hours, this social media account is partially a lifestyle account, and Amy may not be officially working at the time of appearing on the stories. We are passionate about supporting everyone in the membership, and where we can, we may respond to you out of hours, but we make no guarantees that this will always be possible. 

Payment Terms

The cost of the membership is set at the time you subscribe. On subscription, you will agree to monthly payments via Stripe taken on the same day each month.

You are in full control of your membership and payments. Should you wish to leave, you can log in to your account and cancel the membership, provided you have joined on the monthly option. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership before the next payment leaves your account if you are making the most of the month. Refunds are not given for late cancellation. 

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. Your personal data is protected as set out in our privacy policy, which can be found here: https://thespacecreator.co.uk/privacy-policy/

We utilise Flodesk and Kajabi to manage our communications with you and, from time to time, may utilise the Facebook Pixel analytics tool.

During the course of the membership, you may have access to confidential information, particularly the personal affairs of others on the course. In accepting these terms, you agree that you will not use or disclose to any person, organisation or company and shall use your best endeavours to prevent the publication of any confidential information relating to any other member.  

You accept that any unauthorised disclosure of personal or confidential information belonging to another may amount to immediate dismissal from the membership. Should you decide to leave the Membership, then you remain bound by the confidentiality and privacy obligations.

Please be aware that some training sessions may be recorded, and your name and image/video may be captured. The training recordings will be kept and made available to others in the membership. If you provide or share any information within these sessions about yourself, that information will be shared within the group. Should you not wish to be recorded, please ensure that if you attend any training, your camera is switched off and your name field is changed to “Attendee” with your initials so that support can still be offered, but no personal identifiable information will be captured.

Refunds and Cancellation

It is our aim that you will be completely happy with the Membership and find educational content, networking opportunities and form friendships. However, we appreciate that there may come a time when you wish to leave the Membership.

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days from the date of subscription. Refund requests should be made in writing to [email protected], and a full refund will be provided within 14 working days.

In the event that one or more training sessions have already taken place within the first 14 days following your subscription, you are still entitled to request a refund but the value of the session(s) shall be deducted from the amount paid by you, along with any reasonable costs which we have born in respect of the administrative costs of commencing the membership.

We are not obligated to refund any amounts paid where cancellation requests are made following the 14-day cancellation period.

Should you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time, provided you are a pay-monthly member. Once you cancel, you will still have access the The Club up until the time of, what would be your next payment, your membership will cease at this point. There are no refunds for mid-month cancellations, so please ensure you make the most of The Club for the remainder of your membership. For quarterly and annual memberships, you may cancel at the point in which you are asked to renew your membership. If you are not 100% sure and committed to joining, please do not join initially with a quarterly or annual membership, as refunds cannot be given.  

We reserve all rights to cancel the programme for any reason without prior notice. In such circumstances, a refund will be provided for the remainder of that month as applicable.

Intellectual Property

During your time as a member, you will be provided with membership materials. At all times, the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. We retain and reserve all of our copyrights.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1.           What happens if I can’t make a live session?

As far as possible, the live sessions will be held on Zoom or within a Live Room in the community. They will be recorded, and the link to watch will be sent to you by email within 48 hours following the end of a live session and/or added to the portal. From time to time, technology may fail, and the recording may be unavailable or of poor visual or sound quality, but we aim to record all live sessions.

  1.           What if I need additional support?

Additional support can be offered to each member in the form of 1:1 support or advice. We are happy to support you as required. Please contact us directly at [email protected]. Additional charges will apply.

  1.           What if I am ill during the membership?

If you are ill or unable to attend a live session for any reason, you can watch the recording of that session. If you are ill for an extended period, please let us know, and we will support you wherever we can. The great thing about the membership is that it is all online, so you do not need to travel or get out of bed to get value from it, you may also have your camera switched off during live sessions. 

  1.           Is the membership suitable for all people and those at all stages of the decluttering process?

The membership is designed for women. It is best suited to all women at any age or stage of life who are either just starting on their decluttering and organising journey, are yet to start, have had a significant life change, or have been muddling along for a while, but who need a kickstart or continued support and accountability to make progress. However, this membership's core value and purpose is to provide ongoing support, care and accountability to any woman who feels she needs or wants a safe space to be heard and listened to. To feel like she is not alone in her clutter situation and to be involved in a group of like-minded women to build confidence and connection and feel good. 


We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services we provide to you in the delivery of the membership. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

Should there be any conflict between these terms and any membership hosting platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by English law. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the Membership.
